Kim Walker, CPA
With over 45 years of experience as a certified public accountant, Kim Walker represents the small business community of Southern Nevada, Western Arizona, and Southern California.
Her areas of concentration are small business owners and their specific accounting and tax needs. Services include business and personal tax return preparation, entity selection and business start ups, business plan development, management consultation, IRS problem resolution and bookkeeping.
Kim enjoys a bustling accounting practice due to her dedication to educating, serving and assisting her clients in becoming successful entrepreneurs. Her clients include restaurants, car repair shops, physicians, attorneys, retail stores, manufacturers, wholesale distributors, real estate agents, developers and construction companies.
Kim is a native Las Vegan, graduating from Bishop Gorman High School. She obtained her undergraduate degree in accounting from Santa Clara University, and continued in completing the requirements to become a licensed CPA.
Professionally, Kim continues to further her business growth through organizations such as the Las Vegas Metro Chamber of Commerce, the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, alumni of Leadership Las Vegas and various business conferences.
Kim stays active in her community with many volunteer commitments. She is a member of the Las Vegas Hosts Lions Club, a board member for the PBS Planned Giving Council, and the president of the Las Vegas Chapter of the Santa Clara Alumni Organization.
In her spare time, Kim is a home chef and delights in using her family as guinea pigs in her culinary experiments.
Tom Kingsley, CPA
Mr. Kingsley is a native Californian but moved to Las Vegas twenty years ago, leaving behind his home state to pursue more lucrative business opportunities.
Tom completed his undergraduate and graduate degrees in accounting at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. He is a VIP alumni of the Lee Business School and remains a fan of UNLV athletics, holding season tickets for the Running Rebels.
Tom is a licensed Certified Public Accountant and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA). Tom has also completed the Quickbooks Desktop 2019 Certification.
Professionally, Tom’s business philosophy is that every client provides a unique opportunity to provide support and add value to their business and personal financial health.
He is married and enjoys spending his weekends with his wife and daughter.
Munira Cason
I am Munira Cason, a dedicated accountant on the path to obtaining my CPA license. Holding an MBA and graduating with honors from La Salle University, I bring a strong educational background to my role. Currently, I am a diligent member of Kim Walker’s team, leveraging my skills and knowledge to contribute to the success of the small business community in Southern Nevada, Western Arizona, and Southern California.
In addition to my professional pursuits, I am passionate about numbers and financial analysis. Beyond the world of spreadsheets, I find joy in indulging my creative side. Baking chocolate chip cookies is a favorite pastime, allowing me to unwind and share delicious treats with those around me. I also enjoy engaging in arts and crafts projects, finding inspiration in the balance between analytical precision and creative expression.
As I navigate the challenging and rewarding journey toward CPA licensure, I am committed to continuous learning and growth. Being part of Kim Walker’s dynamic accounting practice, I am gaining valuable experience and contributing to the success of diverse businesses, including restaurants, car repair shops, physicians’ practices, attorneys’ offices, retail stores, manufacturers, wholesale distributors, real estate agencies, developers, and construction companies.
